1. Service Description

CoinPulse is an informational research tool that scans cryptocurrency markets and provides momentum-based analysis. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or automated trading execution. All trading decisions are made solely by you.

2. No Financial Advice

CoinPulse is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The information provided by CoinPulse is for informational and educational purposes only.

Signals labeled "Buy," "Watch," "Wait," or "Avoid" are algorithmic classifications based on momentum and technical scoring. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency.

Past performance of the scoring system does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.

3. No Brokerage Connection

CoinPulse does not connect to, access, or interact with your Robinhood account or any other brokerage account. Deep links to Robinhood are standard web URLs that open the Robinhood app to a specific cryptocurrency page. CoinPulse does not and cannot place trades, view your holdings, or access your account in any way.

4. SMS Alerts

If you opt in to SMS alerts and provide a phone number, you consent to receiving text messages about cryptocurrency market signals. Message frequency varies based on market conditions. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS alerts in your account settings.

5. Accuracy and Reliability

CoinPulse uses publicly available market data from Binance and Coinbase. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

The scoring system, regime detection, and signal classifications are algorithmic approximations. They may contain errors, produce false signals, or fail to identify genuine opportunities.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and involves substantial risk of loss. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

CoinPulse is not liable for any losses incurred from trading decisions made based on information provided by the service.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinPulse. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Cryptocurrency trading is restricted to adults in most jurisdictions and CoinPulse is not intended for use by minors.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The CoinPulse scoring system, Pulse Race visualization, and dashboard design are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
