Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TradingEdgeIQ provides research and analytics tools across Public & Alternative Data Intelligence, Market Intelligence, and Strategy Lab. The service may organize public disclosures, alternative datasets, market information, user-supplied strategy data, simulations, and derived analytics. It does not provide brokerage, portfolio-management, investment-advisory, or automated trade-execution services.

2. No Financial Advice

All content is provided for informational, research, and educational purposes. TradingEdgeIQ is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Rankings, labels, scores, simulations, alerts, and research-priority cues are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other asset.

You remain solely responsible for your research, trading decisions, and results. Past performance, historical disclosures, derived analysis, and simulated results do not guarantee future performance.

3. Data Sources and Limitations

The service may use public records and third-party data. A record may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable, or limited by the source. Source dates, filing dates, transaction dates, reported ranges, estimates, mappings, and derived fields have different meanings and may not be interchangeable.

Where TradingEdgeIQ links or attributes a source, the source remains authoritative for its own record. We do not guarantee that any dataset, analysis, alert, or source link is error-free, complete, continuously available, or suitable for a particular decision.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, scrape or redistribute data in violation of applicable rights, interfere with the service, use it unlawfully, or represent TradingEdgeIQ content as financial advice or as an authoritative source record when it is not.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid features are governed by the plan and price presented at checkout. Charges are processed by our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel through the available account controls; cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund an already-started billing period except where required by law or expressly stated.

6. Alerts and Communications

Email and in-app preferences remain separate from optional Telegram delivery. Connecting Telegram does not enable notifications: explicitly opt in to each available product in Settings. You may pause or disconnect Telegram, or send STOP to the bot. A sent status means Telegram accepted the message, not that it was read; in-flight messages cannot be recalled. Service and account notices may still be sent where necessary to operate your account.

7. User-Supplied Data

You retain ownership of supported strategy files and other information you submit. You grant TradingEdgeIQ the limited right to process that material to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.

8. Intellectual Property

TradingEdgeIQ's software, design, branding, methodologies, and original content are owned by TradingEdgeIQ, LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create unauthorized derivative services from protected portions of the service.

9. Service Changes and Suspension

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or data sources, including when a provider, legal right, technical dependency, security concern, or product decision requires it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or others.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradingEdgeIQ, LLC is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, interruption, source errors, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the site, email, or another reasonable method. The updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
